A war consists of a number of battles. Combatants fight against one-another until one party suffers a defeat. However, as in every kind of competition there is not just a winner, but two, the one who comes first and the one who comes second. Both deserve some merits and credits for having tried, fought hard and for keeping it up until the very end. A real fighter is he who never gives up, even if that means being a Second-Placer.
