No matter how insignificant an achievement is to you, it is still an achievement. There is not one giant step that does it, it’s a lot of small steps. So, you always shall start with the small achievements and contribute for them to grow bigger. In the meantime make sure you acknowledge what you’ve already reached and don’t underestimate your skills.
